If your TV picture becomes distorted or you see blocks or fragments appearing on your screen, this can be caused by a number of things such as:
- Signal issue into the Set Top Box
- Broadcaster issue
- Loose connection
- Solar Interference
As an initial check, please verify that the symptoms are not unique to certain channels. If only selected channels are affected, this is usually indicative of a broadcaster issue. Digicel takes quality of service seriously and continually monitors the in home customer experience - in instances such as this, we ask for your patience whilst we work on your behalf to resolve the issue.
If multiple channels are affected, please carefully & safely check all connections to the set top box and your TV to ensure they are secure. A reset of the modem and set top box can resolve many such issues.
